Medical specialized exhibition and Congress “Medica – 2010”28.07.2010 The Institute of Practical Psychophysics, as a part of Russian exposition, will participate in “Medica – 2010” exhibition, which will be held in Düsseldorf, Germany, 17 to 20 of November, 2010.
International exhibition of medical equipment, instruments, medications and Congress takes place in “Messe Duesseldorf” exhibition center annually. For many years representatives of international medical industry gather together in Düsseldorf to participate in MEDICA exhibition and forum. Exhibitors present medical equipment, technologies of laboratory researches and diagnostics, hospital equipment, achievements in pharmaceutics and other wares for healthcare industry.

Exhibition “MEDICINE – TODAY AND TOMORROW”, Sochi21.06.2010 The Institute of Practical Psychophysics participated in 11th Specialized Exhibition of Technologies, Equipment, Materials and Pharmaceutical Products for Modern Medicine and Health Service “MEDICINE – TODAY AND TOMORROW” and in 1st Specialized Exhibition of Qualified Medical Service for Sportsmen, Participants and Guests of International Sport Competitions “SPORTS MEDICINE” which were held in Sochi, 17 – 19 of June, 2010.
At the exhibition the Institute of Practical Psychophysics presented its new developments which provoked interest of participants and guests, and it was proven by honorable diploma and gold medal.

The IPP took part in National Scientific Symposium organized by Romanian Academy of Sciences.13.06.2010 The Institute of Practical Psychophysics participated in National Scientific Symposium organized by Romanian Academy of Sciences, which was held from 20th till 24th of May.
Reports of many well known scientists – members of Romanian Academy of Sciences and professors of Medical University (Bucharest) were presented at the conference; also director of the Institute of Practical Psychophysics Vera Ivanovna Nesterova presented her report titled “Main tendencies of NLS-method development”.
During this visit to Romania the Institute of Practical Psychophysics held training seminar for therapists – users of hardware-software system “Metatron” and decorated the official representative of the Institute in Romania Mr. Ovidiu Bosancu with “For contribution into development of NLS-technologies” order, which was instituted in honor of 20 years anniversary of the IPP.

MAIN TENDENCIES OF NLS-TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT15.04.2010 First decade of the new century will be marked by considerable extension of NLS-technology’s diagnostic features, first of all by means of new technologies introduction, using computer engineering and alliance with pharmaceutical industry. Such concepts as NLS- ultramicroscopy, non-linear spectral and entropy analysis, high-frequency NLS-therapy will become customary in clinics. Together with development of inexpensive portable digital NLS-systems, scope of their application will be extended also; improvement of communication means capabilities will allow to transmit live pictures to medical consulting centers from any place on Earth. Pragmatic market of 3D-visualizing diagnostic technologies will be formed gradually by means of harmless nonionizing methods, allowing to fulfill multiple dynamic researches, i.e. NLS-technologies undoubtedly will come to the fore.

Among main reasons of sports medicine lags there are financial problems, material and technical support, staffing, interdepartmental disconnection, mismatch of normative legal documents, doping problem. These problems are obvious and the one question is brought up – how to make innovative breakthrough in sports medicine which will affect last link of this system – team therapist?

The Institute of Practical Psychophysics celebrates its 20th anniversary in April, 2010.18.02.2010 It was difficult, but brilliant, creative and innovative development which was overcome by personnel of the IPP, partners and users of our products. This group laid down the foundations of new tendency in medicine – information nanotechnologies, which generally change ideological approaches in healthcare sphere. Nowadays active introduction and application of information technologies is an integral part of any modern system of healthcare and social protection of population.
New type of medicine – medicine of health – is being formed. Prophylactic area of medicine becomes a priority. Disease is diagnosed and eliminated even before it is manifested, which allows a human to be active and healthy for many years. Main objective and underlying task of the Institute is longevity of a human.
Prominent achievement of the IPP is development of non-linear diagnostics method (NLS-diagnostics). NLS-diagnostics, based on bio-resonance technology, makes possible to evaluate grade, maturity and intensity of functional changes in patient’s organism during check-up. In majority of cases application of this technology is crucial for diagnosing and, correspondingly, for choosing of proper methods of treatment.
Thus, discovery of this technology became an important milestone in diagnostics medicine.

Sincere congratulations with laureate of All-Russian project “Efficient personnel management” award!25.12.2009 In Department of Affairs of the President of the Russian Federation within the framework of International forum “Efficient personnel management”, a solemn awarding ceremony of “Manager of the year” national award was held on 19th of September, 2009. There was announced that Vera Ivanovna Nesterova, director of the Institute of Practical Psychophysics (Omsk) was awarded with honorable title of laureate of All-Russian project “Efficient personnel management”.
Candidates selection was carried out by Public consulting Committee, which made this decision taking into consideration directives and recommendations issued by federal and regional authorities, ministries and departments of Russian Federation and also by public institutions and associations.
Also Vera Ivanovna was invited to join Public consulting Committee and to become a member of jury of national award “Manager of the year-2010”, which will be held in Moscow in September, 2010.

International exhibition “Zdravookhraneniye-2009”15.12.2009 From December 7 through 11, 2009, the Institute of Practical Psychophysics took part in the 19th International Exhibition for Health Care, Medical Engineering and Pharmaceuticals “Zdravookhraneniye’2009”.
For thirty years this unique exhibition project of Expocentr remains main event is healthcare sphere for experts from Russia and foreign countries.
The exhibition was held with patronage of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russian Federation and the Government of Moscow with participation of: the Ministry of Healthcare and Social Development of RF, the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation, Russian academy of medical sciences and Public chamber of Russian Federation.
This year one of the main exhibitions in Russia and Eastern Europe mustered more than 1000 of participants from 40 countries of the world in area of 20000 sq. meters, stand of the IPP presenting latest developments of the Institute attracted great interest of both Russian and foreign participants and visitors of the exhibition.

On 26th – 27th of October, 2009, the Institute of Practical Psychophysics successfully completed the second surveillance audit.28.10.2009 On 26th – 27th of October, 2009, the Institute of Practical Psychophysics – the only Russian manufacturer of medical devices certified by MEEI certification body (a member of TUV Rheinland) – successfully completed the second surveillance audit.
Certificate No. Ì28 2892059 from 21.02.2008 according to requirements of ISO 13485:2003 and Certificate of compliance to European medical directive MDD 93/42/EEC No.Ì26 2892077 01 from 21.02.2008 are considered to be valid.

TO WIN A VICTORY OVER DISEASE BEFORE IT STARTS10.09.2009 In President Hotel Moscow (belonging to the Department of Affairs of the President of the Russian Federation) the ceremony of “Honorable citizen of Russia” awarding was held in August of this year.
One of the recipients of the award was Vera Nesterova, director of the Institute of Practical Psychophysics (Omsk), corresponding member of Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences.
The All-Russian Committee on Public Awards and Titles appreciated greatly innovative activity of the Institute and personal contribution of Vera Ivanovna, which are aimed towards development of national potential and improvement citizens’ life quality.
Shortly after awarding ceremony “MiZ” correspondent questioned Vera Nesterova.

The Institute of Practical Psychophysics took part in National Scientific Symposium “Method of non-linear analysis (NLS) in bio-informational medicine”25.05.2009 The Institute of Practical Psychophysics took part in National Scientific Symposium “Method of non-linear analysis (NLS) in bio-informational medicine” which was held by Romanian Academy of Sciences from 14th till 17th of May, 2009. Many well known scientists – members of Romanian Academy of Sciences and professors of Medical University (Bucharest) gave their reports. Academician Vladimir Nesterov gave a lecture “Results and prospects of non-linear analysis in bio-informational medicine”.
